Schmitt Woodland Hills provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care through registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and occupational, physical and speech therapists. This care is complimented by social work, activities, nutrition services, housekeeping, laundry services and transportation. We use a team approach to work with patients and their families in designing an individualized plan of care to address patient needs. Our rehab program works to improve function and return residents to their home or the community.
