Giving Back

If you would like to give back to Schmitt Woodland Hills in appreciation for the care you or a family member received, consider a thank you gift. It can be designated to support a specific project or offered to the benevolence fund which aids residents in need.

There are many giving options that can match your financial situation and objectives, including outright gifts or memorials, pledges, gifts of stocks or property, or even gifts through estate plans. Perhaps you would consider donating one of the items on our Wish list.

Your Support makes a difference

You can say "thanks" and at the same time invest in the future of our community by using our endowment program. Principal is preserved and only the growth is used as directed by your gift. It will provide a lifetime of comfort and support long after the gift is made.

Memorials and designated gifts

It is hard to let people know how important their gifts are to our community. We make sure gifts are used as directed by the donor or memorial family's decision.

Schmitt also offers special annuity programs which can provide current income for the donor as well as funds to support mission programs. We have an annual memorial event sponsored by our Auxiliary as part of the Christmas season. The "Tree of Continued Caring" accepts donations in remembrance of family and friends served by Schmitt Woodland Hills throughout the year.
